Man City team news

The bad news for Bournemouth is that Man City have only one absentee for this weekend's clash. That's Kevin De Bruyne, who Guardiola has managed to live without since his injury on the opening day of the season against Burnley.

Centre-back Manuel Akanji will return for the visit of Bournemouth after he served his one-Game suspension following a red card against Brighton, giving Guardiola some food for thought across his backline.

With a midweek clash against Young Boys in the Champions League before a trip to Chelsea, Guardiola is likely to rotate his side in the coming week.

Bournemouth team news

Lewis Cook

Man City may boast a clean bill of health for Saturday's match, but Bournemouth certainly don't. The Cherries will be without long-term absentees Tyler Adams, who is yet to feature for the club, Ryan Fredericks and Emiliano Marcondes,

Lewis Cook remains out with Man City serving as the final game of his three-match suspension following a red card against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Bournemouth have a few goalkeeping problems, the biggest of which being club captain Neto. The Brazilian will be out until at least after the November international break, while Darren Randolph is ill. As a result, Andrei Radu will retain his place in the starting lineup and will likely be a busy man on Saturday.

Centre-back Marcos Senesi returned to the bench against Liverpool midweek and could be in line to start.

Man City vs Bournemouth score prediction

Regardless of Bournemouth picking up their first win of the season last Saturday and putting in a spirited display against Liverpool midweek, they will be lucky to avoid a tonking when travelling to the Etihad.

Guardiola's men are in devastating form once again following the return of Rodri to midfield and should have no issues dismantling a Bournemouth side that have kept just one clean sheet in ten Premier League games.

Even if the Cherries put in a good display, they could easily be on the end of a hammering on Saturday afternoon.

Prediction: Man City 5-0 Bournemouth
